On-Premises Setup
One standard inspection station per production line
Every line gets the same station: cameras and lighting on a mounting frame, an Edge PC that runs the AI inference on the spot, and a warning light and operator console that show the result. Add a line, add a station.

01
Inspection Station
Camera and light on a mounting frame, aimed at the part from a fixed working distance.

02
Edge PC
Local processing — real-time AI inference right at the line, with no round trip to a server.

03
Defect Alert
An NG verdict turns on the line’s warning light so the operator notices at once.

04
Operator Console
Live feed, verdict and inspection log on a screen beside the line.
Stations join the plant network; the server stays in the office
Cameras feed the Edge PC by cable. From there the wireless AP and router carry inspection data over the LAN to the central server — WAION Vision Master Console with a UPS — in the office zone.

Power at the network gear
A power outlet is required near the router and the AP.
Keeps running offline
Edge inference keeps running locally if the network link drops.
