Cycle Analysis & Verdicts
Information detected by the camera is tied to the actual process criteria. Beyond what is visible, the system judges whether the required parts are fitted correctly, whether the work sequence was followed, and whether the product was properly completed.
Multi-frame cycle analysis
On a production floor, hands, tools, lighting and product movement mean not every part is clearly visible at once. Instead of relying on a single image, evidence confirmed across frames is accumulated over the work cycle.
01
Accumulated frame by frame
- Object presence
- Position
- Quantity
- Order of appearance
02
Floor conditions taken into account
- Momentary occlusion by an operator's hands or tools
- Product movement
- Changes in lighting and state
03
Judged once the cycle ends
- Omissions
- Reverse insertion
- Sequence errors
- Work completion
AI combined with process know-how
Detection results from the AI model are combined with criteria for quantity, position, orientation, timing and work sequence. Plain recognition becomes an OK/NG verdict and process status the floor can use right away.

Inspections one camera can run
A single camera feed can carry many inspections at once: presence, quantity, position and orientation of products and parts, OCR, work sequence and more. That lowers the burden of adding a separate sensor and system per item, and functions extend as the process changes.
| Inspection | What is checked |
|---|---|
| 01Product and part identification | Distinguishes the product under inspection and the parts it requires. |
| 02Part presence | Confirms that the required parts are fitted. |
| 03Quantity check | Confirms that holes, pins, fasteners and the like match the specified count. |
| 04Fitting position | Confirms that parts are fitted in their designated positions. |
| 05Orientation, reverse insertion and mix-up | Judges front/back and left/right of the product, part fitting direction, reverse insertion and wrong-part mix-ups. |
| 06Process omission | Confirms that no required operation or part has been skipped. |
| 07Work sequence analysis | Confirms that work proceeded in the specified order. |
| 08OCR character recognition | Reads digits and text on scales, gauges, labels and similar. |
| 09Work time measurement | Measures the time from the start of a process to its completion, per work cycle. |
| 10Completion and OK/NG verdict | Combines the inspection results into a completion status and a final verdict. |
